The durable 3-ply Duraslide® Ultra non-stick coating is 100% more resistant to abrasion than conventional non-stick coatings and prevents food from sticking to the base. The solid forged aluminium core distributes heat evenly from the centre all the way to the edge and across the entire base for consistent cooking results. The high-grade stainless steel Radiant base is compatible with all stovetop types. The ergonomic stay-cool plastic handle makes the pan particularly comfortable to hold during extended cooking sessions and is screwed for a secure fit.
