The solid forged aluminium core distributes heat evenly across the entire base for consistent cooking results. The ergonomic stay-cool handle is screwed for a secure fit and remains comfortable during extended use. Metal-utensil safe and dishwasher safe. Note: these pans are not induction compatible.
