KRAMER by ZWILLING EUROLINE Stainless Damascus 9-inch Carving Knife is created with Master Bladesmith Bob Kramer to his exacting standards, maximising curves, balance and utility. The wide blade maximises knuckle clearance for larger hands and for cutting through large produce, while chopped food can easily be transported with the impressive broad blade. The knives are hand-finished with a traditional three-step process by skilled Japanese artisans. The SG2 micro-carbide powder steel core is protected by an exceptionally beautiful 101-layer Chevron Damascus pattern. Combined with CRYODUR ice-hardening, the blades deliver scalpel-like sharpness at 63 HRC, stay sharper longer and can withstand more sharpening over their lifespan. The Razor Edge Extra Smooth (PVA) finish is honed to a precise 9 to 12 degree edge angle on each side. The riveted black linen Micarta handle with Bob Kramer signature mosaic pin will not crack or discolour. Hand wash only. Handcrafted in Seki, Japan.
