Cold cuts, cheese, vegetables, and fruit can release condensation under vacuum, leaving food sitting in liquid. These 10 mm high plastic drip trays solve that problem by allowing condensation to drain downwards through their perforated surface, keeping food elevated and dry. They also double as ideal thawing trays for frozen food. Each tray fits perfectly inside its respective glass box and is easily removed thanks to side recesses, and both are dishwasher-safe, freezer-safe, and fully reusable.
