Made from 99% pure iron using spinning technology, its thick flat bottom and thin curved sides deliver fast, even heat distribution, reaching the ideal stir-fry temperature of 356°F in under a minute. The Carbonitriding technology makes the wok extremely corrosion-resistant and safe to use with metal utensils, with no coating inside or out for maximum abrasion resistance. The stay-cool walnut handle, laser-marked with the signature of designers Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez, is riveted to the body with three rivets for a secure, comfortable grip. Compatible with all stovetops including induction.
