The ZWILLING ENFINIGY Drip Coffee Maker draws on our many years of expertise in steel processing to offer the premium high-temperature boiler. Its constant brewing temperature of 92 to 96°C ensures optimal preparation and a full-bodied coffee aroma, while the stainless steel interior is highly corrosion-resistant and particularly durable.
The coffee machine uses coffee filter size 4 and also features a blooming function for even greater aroma. This is inspired by hand filter brewing and pre-brews the coffee with a little water for a pleasantly soft mouthfeel. to give the coffee a pleasantly soft mouthfeel. There is also a removable aroma funnel in the coffee machine, which ensures superb mixing in the carafe. This prevents the formation of bitter sediment. The separate hotplate keeps your coffee warm for up to 40 minutes. This is especially useful when making extra coffee. The coffee maker's extra-large water tank holds 1.5 litres. The timer function allows you to set the machine in advance – for example, if you like waking up to freshly brewed coffee.
