The ZWILLING BBQ+ digital thermometer features two probes for professional-level results: an external wired probe for continuous internal temperature monitoring throughout the grilling process, and a retractable probe for quick direct temperature checks. The temperature is displayed in 2 to 4 seconds and is accurate to 0.5°C / 0.9°F. The illuminated display allows you to read the temperature even when grilling after dark. The HOLD function keeps your last reading on the display, and the alarm function with the wired probe alerts you when your target temperature is reached.
