Precision-stamped from high-performance NO STAIN stainless steel, the long, slim, thin and flexible blade is designed for cutting meat off the bone as well as for separating and skinning meat, poultry or fish. The FRIODUR ice-hardened blade starts sharper, stays sharper longer and has superior resilience at 57 Rockwell Hardness. The ergonomic 3-rivet POM handle with embedded TWIN logo and full tang provides maximum comfort and stability while cutting. Dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended. Fully guaranteed against defects in material and craftsmanship. Made in Spain.
