Estimated Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada.
Standard shipping (small items, accessories, consumables): 3–7 business days
Large & heavy items (major kitchen and home appliances, floor care equipment): 5–10 business days. Our team will contact you to confirm your delivery window.
Back-ordered items: Dispatched within 1–2 weeks of restock. A separate shipping confirmation email will be sent once your item ships.

Large & Heavy Item Delivery

Certain items including large kitchen appliances, floor care appliances, and other bulky products may be shipped via freight courier.

Curbside delivery is standard for large appliances unless otherwise arranged.
Please ensure someone 18+ is available to receive, inspect, and sign for the delivery.
A signature is required at time of delivery for all orders over $500 CAD.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders $200 CAD and above.
For orders under $200 CAD, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value. Shipping rates are subject to change.

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your order has shipped.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak season volumes.

PO Boxes & Remote Areas

We are unable to ship large or heavy items to PO Box addresses. Small accessories and consumables (vacuum bags, filters, cutlery) may ship to PO Boxes via Canada Post.

Deliveries to remote or rural areas (including certain territories) may incur additional surcharges and extended delivery times. These will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Hours

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on business days, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day. During high-volume periods (Holiday Season, Black Friday), processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.
