Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: June 11, 2026
At TheHomeAppliances.ca (a division of SANGARIUS CANADA INC.), we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines your options for cancelling an order and the timelines within which cancellations can be processed.
1. Cancelling Before Shipment
You may cancel your order at no charge if it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation:
• Contact us as soon as possible at info@thehomeappliances.ca or call (226) 932-0345 (10AM–6PM EST, Monday–Friday).
• You may also reach us via WhatsApp at +1 (226) 932-0345 for faster response.
• Please include your order number and reason for cancellation.
If your order has not yet entered processing, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
2. Cancelling After Shipment
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please wait for the item to arrive and initiate a return under our Return Policy. Return shipping costs may apply.
3. Cancellation of Back-Order Items
Items on back-order (marked "Out of stock, 1–2 weeks") may be cancelled at any time before they ship. Contact us and we will process a full refund promptly.
4. Large Appliance Orders
• Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
• Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a restocking/logistics fee of up to $75 CAD.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. It may take additional time for the funds to appear depending on your financial institution.
