Less water evaporates during long cooking sessions, eliminating the need to refill water. The included silicone insert closes the recess so the lid can also be used as a standard stock pot lid for any 24 cm diameter pot. Made from 18/10 stainless steel with a scratch-resistant satin finish. Dishwasher safe and oven safe.
