The three-layer Sigma Clad pan body features a strong aluminum core for fast and even heat distribution, while the unique Permaresist Ultra PTFE coating combines the best properties of uncoated and coated cookware through a micro-engraving technique, enabling the use of stainless steel kitchen utensils. The coating is highly durable, abrasion-resistant, and extremely easy to clean. Compatible with all hob types including induction, and completed by an ergonomic riveted stainless steel handle and a tight-fitting glass lid. Designed by Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez.
