The ZWILLING SharpBlock with KIS (Keep-It-Sharp) Technology automatically sharpens your knives with ceramic sharpeners built into each slot for fine-edged knives, every time you remove or replace them. The sharpening stones are arranged so that each knife is sharpened at the ideal angle to retain its sharp edge. Self-explanatory pictograms on each slot ensure knives are always returned to the correct slot, completely preventing mix-ups. The knife block in ash wood features a particularly wonderful grain and is fitted with a functional and attractive stainless steel cover. The ZWILLING Gourmet knives included are precision-stamped from a single piece of special formula high carbon NO STAIN steel with FRIODUR ice-hardened blades and a traditional three-rivet POM handle with laser-inscribed ZWILLING logo. Dishwasher safe, hand wash recommended. Manufactured in Germany.
