The ZWILLING Fresh & Save Vacuum Gratin Dish in glass, La Mer is a large-format, multi-purpose baking and storage dish crafted from high-quality borosilicate glass in the elegant La Mer colourway. With a generous 2.8 L capacity and a long, shallow profile, it is purpose-built for lasagnas, gratins, casseroles, and other baked meals, allowing you to store, bake, and serve all in the same dish. The ZWILLING double-sealing technology creates an airtight, odour-proof vacuum seal, keeping food fresh up to five times longer than conventional storage and preventing freezer burn. Oven-safe up to 180°C / 356°F (without lid), it transitions seamlessly from fridge to freezer to oven to table, and is elegant enough to serve from directly. Compatible with all FRESH & SAVE pumps and lids. Note: vacuum pump is sold separately.
