Staub Pans 20 cm / 8 Inch Cast Iron Frying Pan with 2 Handles is a compact and versatile skillet inspired by traditional Spanish paella pans, ideal for searing, sautéing, and gently cooking a wide variety of dishes. Made from enamelled cast iron in France, this pan distributes heat evenly across the entire base right up to its edges, and retains heat for a long time so food stays warm and tasty even when transferred to the table. The matte black enamel interior prevents food from sticking, enables low-fat cooking, and wonderfully preserves the nutrients and vitamins in your food. It is robust, scratch-resistant, and easy to clean. The flat base works on all cooktops including induction. Two welded loop side handles make the skillet easy to transfer from stove or oven to the table, while also saving space. Available in Cherry, Black, and Graphite Grey.
