These imperfections may include slight discolouration, blemishes, or chips that have been enamelled over, and have no impact on the product's cooking performance or durability. With a 3.7L capacity and 24 cm diameter, this Bordeaux cocotte is ideal for braising, boiling, stewing, and baking. Cast iron's outstanding heat retention ensures even heating throughout, while the specially designed lid continuously releases condensation back onto the food, keeping meat wonderfully succulent and vegetables full of flavour. The black matte enamel interior enhances the natural flavour of ingredients and develops its properties further with regular use. Compatible with all stovetops including induction, and oven safe, it transitions beautifully from stovetop to oven to table.
