The particularly efficient Duraslide® non-stick coating is number one among traditional non-stick coatings. A PTFE coating with three layers, so your cookware stays as good as new for many years. As long as you only use accessories made of silicone or wood.
The forged aluminium body is super sturdy and extra thick. Good for years of faithful service on all hobs, including induction. Thanks to the unique Radiant® base, the wok will remain stable, in perfect contact with the hob. Ideal for using as a wok, but also for steaming and stewing.
