The ZWILLING ENFINIGY Drip Coffee Maker draws on our many years of expertise in steel processing to offer the premium high-temperature boiler. Its constant brewing temperature of 92 to 96°C ensures optimal preparation and a full-bodied coffee aroma, while the stainless steel interior is highly corrosion-resistant and particularly durable. The coffee machine uses coffee filter size 4 and also features a blooming function for even greater aroma. This is inspired by hand filter brewing and pre-brews the coffee with a little water for a pleasantly soft mouthfeel. to give the coffee a pleasantly soft mouthfeel. There is also a removable aroma funnel in the coffee machine, which ensures superb mixing in the carafe. This prevents the formation of bitter sediment.
